National Service Scheme (NSS)

NSS of the college is very active and has been involved in various social service activities like “CAMPUS CLEANING”, “WINTER ADVENTURE CAMP”, “NATIONAL INTEGRATION CAMP” Participation in “INTEGRATION YOGA DAY”, “RASTRIYA EKTA DIVAS”. DISASTER MANAGEMENT AWARENESS CAMP A Disaster Management Awareness Camp was organized by the Academic Council in 29th April, 2019. in collaboration with the Civil Defense Organization, Beltola, Guwahati. The Civil Defense Organization discussed on the measure to taken before, during and after an earthquake.

27/03/2021:
One day Orientation programme has organised for the volunteers of the NSS Unit , Narangi Anchalik Mahavidyalaya on 27th March 2021. In this august programme Sri Sunil Kumar Basumatary , Former Regional Director of NSS, NER, Guwahati who is the motivational speaker of NSS has invited as resource person and Dr.Ranjan Kumar Kakati, Director, Students Welfare Gauhati University and also Programme Coordinator, NSS Gauhati University has invited as Chief Guest of the programme . Dr. Satyabrata Baruah, Assistant Professor of B.Borooah College has invited to interact with the volunteers to share his glorious experience as Programme Officer of NSS Unit in B.Borooah College. From the college fraternity Principal Reeta Dutta Hazorika, Vice-Principal Reeta Sharma, Dr. Sarooj Kakoti, Mr. Mrinal Medhi, Mr. Hemanta Rabha, Dr. Anjan Kr. Talukdar and Sumitra D' Cheetry was present in the programme.

24/03/2021 and 25/03/2021:
Two days “AWARENESS PROGRAMME ON SWACHHATA” has done by the Volunteers of NSS Unit NAM on 24/03/2021 and 25/03/2021 . The Principal of the college Reeta Dutta Hazorika has ianugurated the programme where Vice-Principal Reeta Sharma, Mr.Mrinal Medhi, Head of the Geography Department has joined in the programme. The volunteers of the NSS Unit has cleaned the college campus and class room .

24/03/2021 and 25/03/2021:
