National Cadet Corps (NCC)

The college has introduced its own unit of National Cadet Corps (NCC). Students of the college can be members of the N.C.C. unit. The College NCC wing imparts training to students interested in Army, Navy and Air Force. It inculcates the spirit of discipline, patriotism and community service.

  •  On 23nd Nov.2025, the 78th NCC Foundation Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Narangi Anchalik Mahavidyalaya by the NCC Unit of the College.The event was honoured by the presence of Principal Dr. Lukendra Kakati and Dr. Saroj Kakati, Head of the Department of Assamese.

    The programme included a heartfelt tribute to Zubeen Garg, an address by the Principal, a solo dance performance, and an encouraging motivational speech by the ANO Major Minu Das.The cadets displayed their discipline and skills through an impressive martial arts presentation. Adding further value to the occasion, Dr. Saroj Kakati delivered an insightful talk on โ€œThe Historical Background of Assam,โ€ enriching the understanding of all participants.

  •  Cadet Hafiza Khatun participated in EBSB camp held at Uttar Pradesh Jhansi from 10th November to 21st November 2025.

  •  Today on 25/9/2025 Cadets of Narangi Anchalik Mahavidyalaya NCC Unit participated on a plantation prograamme under 'Ek Ped Maa ke Nam' and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan . The programme conducted by Narangi Anchalik Mahavidya NCC and NSS Unit in collaboration with Oil India Ltd., Narangi.

  •  Today Narangi Anchalik Mahavidyalaya celebrated the 79th Independence Day 2025 with flag hoisting by the Principal Dr. Lokendra Kakati . On this occasion a colorful cultural program including a drama titled 'Operation Sindoor' , perform by our cadets.

  •  From 4th July to 8 July 2025 , 8 cadets of Narangi Anchalik Mahavidyalaya participated in The 'Mulagavru' Girls Martial Arts Training Workshop organized by Kamya Social Development Society, led by President Angurlata Deka, is indeed a commendable initiative for empowering young women in Assam. Such programs promote self-defense, discipline, and confidence among participants.
